Go gently guys my first photographed explore and the pics aren't to good.
Tiny bit of history.
Location is right at the back of a very active caravan site, mostly emplaced mobile homes and is now surrounded by barbed wire and lots of trees.
This Farmhouse has been boarded up as long as i can remember and iv lived in essex all my life i have no real history on the site as yet.
I decided to take neosea's advice(cheers mate) and actually ask someone who lives near by if they know anything about the building, although no real light was shed on the name or how long it had been abandoned or when it had been built, i did find out that as long is there is a caravan site the building must stay apparently the owner of the land wouldn't do it up to live in (shame).
The roof collapsed in the late eighties and was replaced around the same tmie the bottom windows were all bricked and cemented up , due to the roof collapse some of the internal floor is apparently knackered .
Anyway on to my pics.
Right hand side viewed over the fence and through the overgrown land.
Rear viewed from further round the perimeter
Rear viewed from rear gate
Rear again had to stand on tiptoes for this shot
For some reason i really love this window
I know its not that interesting sorry guys but i have a real soft spot for this place.
A revisit is on the cards and i was informed someone who works in the site office knows the history and may even have keys for access
Any comments most welcome
