The Belgian Roadtrip: Site 4

Following a stressful but productive day, Saturday was spent at two much more relaxed sites. Mr Bones and myself were both grateful for a slower paced day.

Schotte Tannery (1930s-1998) was used for the conditioning, treating and tanning of leather. The last piece still remains hanging! The place is incredibly photogenic, especially in the sunshine, not least for its incredible art deco staircases.

Another amazing find, do you have any idea what this used to be? This place looks massive?

As explained in the title and introduction, it was a tannery - a facility for the treatment of leather.

All the shots are simply brilliant..well done is an understatement.
