I don't know if this will be allowed or not, But here I go, since I have been living up here (1976) this was always called "The Blind Factory" making household and industrial blinds. My daughter worked there until they moved to another factory and this one was closed down in 2006. It was then turned into small and large units and included car garages, (Where I personally know 6 people who had single or joint garages there) taxi firms bus & limo hire and a storage unit. On the 22nd Sept 2013 while on my way home from a day out with the family to a theme park I had a phone call to say the place was on fire. I phoned one of my friends who said that it had been going for a least a hour by then and it was well out of control.
Time we got near the valley it was dominated by a bloom of smoke rising hundreds of feet into the air, (luckily there was no wind and it was going straight up.) Time we got home we could see the fire and due to the risk of explosions as there were so many gas bottles in the place all the fire brigade could do was keep putting water on it and let itself burn out.
A couple of days later, the friend I had called, called into the garage I work and said he and most of the others had lost almost everything (A couple had managed to get some cars out before the fire took hold) he was told by the health & safety people that he should not go in his unit due to the condition of the roof, he did go in and salvage a few small items but that was it, he did say that the RSJs were bent down in places and nearly touching the floor.
Anyway, today I had dropped the Mrs off at a local supermarket and I had gone to get some petrol for the weekend, while there I met two friends who also had a garage there and had just come from the place picking up the last what they could, I said I was interested it taking some so photos and they told me how to get in. I nipped home to get my camera and when back down. To be honest, it was getting dark and there is not much left of the place.
(They said his will be gone within a couple weeks)

A set is not a set if it don't include a set of stairs.
