This place was the local estate pub. I only went in once when it was open, talk about The Slaughtered Lamb, if they had a piano it would have stopped playing.
It has been closed 18 months or so due to its licence not being renewed, yobs hanging around it till about 2:30am and rumours of drug dealing, no one really misses it.
It has remained secure till the last few weeks till the local yoof and the pikey prospecters have been investigating.
Please excuse the poor quality photos as I was taking a short cut through the car park and noticed a board ripped off on the way to a party and only had the compact camera with me.
The place is big for a pub and pitch black due to the boarding. I was on me own, but had the feeling someone else was knocking about so did not dwell too long, the Old Bill also put in an appearance, so may have to return.
Sorted the photos, phew, I'm not losing it after all.
