Things that get left behind

Once a year, weather permitting(which is only once a year), me and the family head off to a day out at a lovely scenic area. For the last three years I have noticed this little house standing empty and I have always said that I must have a look. This year I made up my mind, so having dropped everyone off at the picnic spot, I turned round and headed back. (I was under instructions to be no more than 20 minutes). The house isn't particularly derelict and might not be to everyones taste but it is very damp and the once tidy garden is very overgrown.

Cheers mate, I certainly have, last week I found a large victorian school building in the middle of nowhere???
Access easy but boarded up and pitch black and I had no torch or camera, so a return on the cards. (No idea what its like inside though).
