Il Convitto

A colorfull building in Italy, decayed for many years now.
However, the past isn't that colourfull.
Many young girls stayed here. Day & night. With the main goal to kept their virginity.
Showing feminin signs was strictly forbidden, all in and outgoing post was censored by the nuns.
Every 3 or 4 months it was allowed to take a bath, but under the watching eyes of one of the headnurses.
During the day they worked at a factory which was close by.
To get there there was made a tunnel to avoid that the girls had to walk outside.
In 1954 there were still 300 girls staying and working at the place.
