Perfect! Once again these photographs have recorded important details of the past occupiers - the old saddles and the leather care products are lovely indicators of their equestrian involvement.

What is the 1927 signature on - is it a workman signing his work off?

It was a hardback copy of Ben Hur, there were a lot of books in one part of the stables.
