Hi all,
I have my own view to add on this amazing Raf spot.
Following on from what @Mookster posted where he wrote

"There isn't much information out there at all about this location but GPSS Sawtry was a former Government Pipelines & Storage System depot that supplied fuel to RAF Alconbury. It was built on the site of a former Second World War POW Camp and appears to have closed somewhere around 2006"
This spot is an amazing place, not incredible in size but makes up for it in viewing pleasure.
if its not the frolicking deer bouncing through the tall green grass that will make you smile then im sure the many water logged underground areas, offices, fire management equipment, store rooms and many many more surprises will.
I do not encourage anyone to enter this site due to its hidden dangers i.e. asbestos etc
so please enjoy the images and thanks for looking
