Ah cheers it means so much to me when people enjoy my threads!
I've said to so many people it'sjust an urbex playround. You can say "Right, today I'm going to explore a hospital, a hotel, two schools, a palace, a factory and a church..." That'd be a months worth of urbexing at home!
I've been lucky enough to converse with the government agency that are in charge of Chernobyl this week. They say this year there is a crazy amaount of beauracracy, and the visiting of the zone this year will be 'uncertain'. It'll probably only get worse, so if anyone's planning on going, go sooner rather than later.
Oh it may also close down during Euro 2012...
