Thrunite thrower head torch

So everyone it’s that time again to do yet another torch review ! I am hoping this is directing some people to this site as it’s great and needs to get busier.

So let’s have a look at my most recent trip out with the thrunite thrower.

This like the others is for sale directly on the link above. It comes with spare 0 rings spare charging port cover with cable. This is a fully adjustable head lamp with a comfortable lightweight strap.

This is a thrower torch so it punches into the darkness 323 meters long, it means its spread is not as good as the normal th30 v2 never the less it’s a good torch ! Let’s have a look at some of its specification”s.

Turbo (1755 lumens down to 373 lumens / 5.5 mins+240 mins)

SOS (600 lumens / 5 hours)

High (735 lumens down to 395 lumens / 6.5 mins+240 mins)

Medium (258 lumens / 10 hours)

Low (62 lumens / 48 hours)

Firefly (0.4 lumens / 39 days)

With the single button design it’s very easy to cycle through the above settings and the double click for turbo is a nice option to have, this helps you flick from a very bright medium setting which I used for walking around on, to turbo mode for a photo .

as you can see this photo was taken with only the thrower torch it’s a very bright light and it has a hell of a kick.

It was underground about 7 hours on this trip it got soaked multiple times and smashed about , the lights i do these reviews for don’t just sit in a room at home they get used in the toughest of places going, also the reviews are not paid so I can say exactly want I want .

I would say this is a very good head torch for £49 I can’t see any issues with it. All I would say is don’t expect to buy it and have amazing photos just from using it you need a torch with a spread as well. The very first photo is taken using this with another thrunite hand torch.

Is a nice torch mate ! Have to admit for that price I honestly do think it’s a good price! A Indian take away cost me £36 other night for 2 adults

That looks a decent lamp and one I'd consider buying. Any idea how the throw, spread and battery compares with the standard Ebay Chinese miner's lamps?
