Neat. Are you just after pictures of post war ROC stuff? What
about WW2 stuff like Orlit Posts, theres still a few standing in
Somerset. If you'd be so kind it would be good if you'd post
on this thread when your Flickr group has an update/addition.

I'll upload what I've got when I get the chance, heres a few pics
of the last ones I saw.

Across the road from RAF Kemble.

WW2 Orlit Post, somewhere in Somerset I can't remember where?

Ta for the "heads up". Nice pictures there :) Never knew that there are so many left. Guess lots of them get forgotton in fields, which in a way saves them from being flattened!

I especially like this pic of yours......

I'll keep an eye out for any ROC Ob Post-looking structures, and if I see any, will add these to your site.

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
