Derelict Boat, Padstowe, Cornwall, Jan 09

When i went to Cornwall for New Year exploring was far from my mind but I just couldn't resist this old boat! It looks to have run aground a long time ago & was just moored up in a shipping yard. It was almost begging me to have a look round

The front of the boat. This photo was taken the day before when the tide was out - on the morning i went the water was right up to the shore which flooded the hull and made it inaccesible

Fabulous find, CF. Lots of interesting things to see on there...there's nothing quite like an old fishing boat. Nice one!

There is something special about old boats. Nice find.

Apparently there are loads of military bunkers around Padstow too. Next time maybe...

I looooooove Padstow but never even thought of exploring when i go Cornwal!
