I went to this place at the beginning of the year to take photographs for my coursework final piece, I've recently been back twice (although one shoot was using film and I haven't made prints yet).
So as some of you may know this place is famously known throughout these forums as "the doctors mansion" as back in the 90's it was owned by Dr Silvester, a psychiatrist who let out a mental patient who went on to murder a young girl two days later. The story is that the locals (including the girls parents I presume) chased the Dr out of his home and he hasn't returned since. The house is currently for sale with a private seller which may well be the Dr himself, it's in really bad repair with fire damage and only has one of the five original vintage cars left, I'll shut up and post the pictures now, I took a lot so I'm just gonna post my favourites and add the link to my flickr at the bottom for the rest if anyone's interested.
