Having gotten over my strop yesterday at having a perfectly good thread pulled, here is a place close to the Staffs/Shrops border.

This place caught my eye as I was heading along the main road... eventually I found my way in, and what a fantastic explore I had there!

I took over 40 pics, but I'll just post a few of them for now.

Lovely stuff, senor. You're coming up with some excellent new finds.
Nice pics...love the wooden door and the boarded-up window. :)

Thankee Senorita...

I love the textures of flaking paint and weathered wood. Wish I had the camera to make the best of those shots. Still, the old 'point & shoot' has served me well so far.

Whilst I love the explore, I feel very saddened that the farm is abandoned at all. The pic of the toy horse particularly tugs at my heartstrings.

But then, these places need documented. Sentimentality shouldn't come into it. :)

Oh, bless. :( I know what you mean, Seahorse. I felt particularly saddened with your Seatown village explore...the thought of a lonely old guy trying to make a living in such terrible conditions and dousing his troubles with whiskey...there but for the grace, and all that.

Brilliant pictures from an excellent site.

Thanks for sharing with us.

Thanks.. and you are welcome!

Today's scheduled exploration on another farm was abandoned due to the neighbour's dog's insistence on taking chunks out of me...
