Just back from a weekend in Bradford, decided that wandering around old roads and alleyways was much more interesting than doing the shops....
Fell in love with all the old stone buildings and mills, and was amazed at how some of them could even be built on such steep roads....
Looks like work has already started on this one, as there are new windows at the top:
Guess not eveyone agrees with the work being carried out ....
Prompted by Silverstealth's previous report, couldn't miss the opportunity to call in at Wapping School on the way home, took loads of pics but Silverstealth's are far superior so I won't bore you with all of mine!
Passed this place while trying to find the school, always think it must be really weird for the people who used to live there to see their wallpaper on the outside of the building!
So had a good explore even if most of the buildings were inaccessible, or at least were during daylight hours when I was out and about, guess that's for the best though really, means no-one else can get in and cause mindless destruction. :icon_evil
