Another image intense post, sorry. This is a place near Chester that I've visited a couple of times. Pretty unassuming at first glance. I must have passed it dozens and dozens of times without even noticing it was empty.
Not a lot to see inside, to be honest. Just a couple of jars of preserves, a few sticks of furniture, mattresses and a lot of dead butterflies. Hence the detail shots.
Not been able to find anything on the history of this place I'm afraid, so I'll let the photographs tell the story...
Butterfly and preserve
Another butterfly
Cosy armchair
Someone's been cleaning up
Curtains
Broken window
Another chair
Yet another butterfly
Nice wallpaper
Curtains
Top of the stairs
The bathroom
Not a lot in here
Chair and mattress #1
More curtains
Chair and mattress #2
Headboard
Another mattress
Solitary chair
The door
Outbuilding
Time to leave
