Hi from Simon in Southport.
Joined a few weeks ago and posted a couple of reports today.
I was amazed there was so much interest in dereliction - thought it was only me!
I'm probably older than a lot on here but I still manage to 'accidently' fall over fences or in through a window left carelessly open.
