Explored during a little road trip with @Dragon_Urbex back in August. A fairly sad and decrepit little hotel in Newbury, looks like it would have once been a nice place, but its pretty derpy now! But its nice to get out there and have a wander!

The History
This little hotel in Newbury has been vacant since July 2016; it seems to have had a few plans submitted for renovation, but nothing has come to fruition.

I happened across this forum by accident, but realised I stayed in this hotel in Feb 2016, just a few months before it was closed, apparently. It wasn't all that lovely back then, but time has certainly not been kind to it.

A couple of the rooms still look good. But the rooms look very narrow.
