Old mill type building

Came across this place near Blairgowrie whilst out with Spacepunk last week. Think it was an old mill house or something. If anyone could shed any light i would be most grateful. Cheers

I think it's more of a weir type thing Smellycat old bean.

It looks like a lock on the canal, but I could be wrong. Nice though...love the machinery!
