Work on the station was completed in 1971. As well as providing local services, the station was used as an interrogation centre for prisoners suspected of terrorism. Underneath the station were sixteen cells located below ground level, which had a separate custody suite from the building's other cells.
The station closed in late 2018 and is undergoing demolition.

Unfortunately by the time I got round to doing this one even though its been closed since 2018 and housed a squat it was half demolished with barely anything left. Custody gone, Cells gone and the list goes on.
