Hello from Poland.
I have joined this forum very recently, and I figured- what's a better way of saying "hello" than posting some pictures? I warn you however- you will NOT be impressed. Those pictures are old, unrelated, blurry and uninspired. But... since I have no established reputation, they shouldn't do any damage. Again-be warned. I took them ages ago. I literally grew up since then.
An old glass-house.
An old bakery. Now, If I had some balls back then, I would have tried getting in, but there were no apparent openings.
A power plant, that is burning local coal deposits.
An old sand-mine. Since the picture was taken, it has been completely flooded. Machinery is still lingering at the bottom of the new lake- and can be visited with snorkel on.
Blast works warning: "By approaching you risk severe injuries and death". No, I don't have brass balls- at the time the site was no longer exploited.
It is an obviously abandoned, derelict... something. I found it near a railway.
Hey! I a few weeks I will be in Sheffield! I am a student there. I will be searching for people exploring the neighbourhood, trying to find a companion for some in-depth trips. Cheerio!
