Rene (www.urbex-and-more.com) and myselve planned our yearly urbex weekend again.
Last years we visited Italy, this time we decided to go to Denmark and Sweden.

One of the highlights of our trip was the Carlsberg brewery.
The oldest buildings dates from 1847 and from that time you can find a building in the style from every decade until the 1990's.
Due to rationalisation and automation Carlsberg build a big new plant on the other side of Denmark, and will close this one down.
Most of the building are abandoned allready, the last bottle was filled november 2007.

There are big plans with this plant. It will be reconverted in to a whole new city-part, with keeping some of the really old buildings.

Get a view of some parts of Carlsberg were no urbexer was before....

WOW, that looks awesome. The whole place looks in excellent condition, like they just got up and went home at the end of the day. So clean and polished. Love that little train.

Excellent pics mate, I love this. (Mendo will be drooling over this as we speak, that's his favourite beer lol).

Cheers,

:) Sal
