It's still there and there isn't any sign of pending demolition/renovation. The only snipped of information I can find on it:

Built in 1940, the Water Eaton Grain Silo was used up until the 1980s and has remained derelict since. It has had planning permission passed, to enable Ewelme based waste company Grundon, to build an enormous waste processing and recycling plant.

The building:

It's my first proper exploration so go easy on me.

HEY Nice one Goafer !!
Top notch photo's mate.!! I thought that i read that this place had been sealed up and was ready for impending DOOM !!

It's sealed up but, without giving too much away (and breaking site rules!), it's really easy to get in. I barely consider it exploration! I think every room of interest is accessible.

There's no sign of impending demolition either, although I'll admit I'm new to this so have no idea what to look for. There was a couple of diggers/earth movers out back but they looked like they were there to move the giant mounds of rocks that were there. They didn't look capable of tearing down a building.

Like I said, it was my first proper exploration (I've been to the petrol station at Heyford Base before, but I drove straight into that as it's not even fenced off) and I definitely see plenty of "meetings" with security guards in my future!

What a great first report.
Im new too but other long term members are really welcoming and helpful.
Keep up the great work.
The first shot from the outside is excellent. Dark sky really sets the mood.
I assume the last shot is a self 'portrait'? Very dark and a little creepy. Love it!

The last picture is of my fellow explorer. He's signed up here, but hasn't posted anything yet. I assume he'll post up some pictures (including some of me, I know he took some!) once he's done editing them.

Nice one. I've driven past this so many times and always wondered what it was. Now I know

I wish I could do CGI like that!

I'm kind of new to HDR so I'm spamming it to find out what works and what doesn't. I'll get some better pictures at the next exploration session.

Ugh, I'd forgotten about that open manhole. I really didn't like the feeling of standing on top of a giant, pitch black death drop, supported only by a piece of concrete that could never be thick enough for my tastes.

A few more pictures I took:

Loving the cross on this one. Didn't notice it when we were there. Almost makes it look church like:
