Abandonned village hall in a small village close to Llandysul, Ceredigion. Found it whilst browsing local estate agents just for curiosity. Not long been out of use but the building is really just a steel frame shed with single brick walls. Not the best combo for keeping out the local weather. Great location though, opposite the church, next to a school.

Still contains all the remnants of its past use, schools books from the toddler group, a huge number of pine benches, and of course the old piano(not tested)

A snip at £50K (actually seriously it is!)

Good find. Nice one. I used to live in Llandysul, dont recognise this place though. Thanks for the pics.:)

EDIT: Found it, Tregroes, also well known for its tasty waffles.

You have to test pianos in abandoned buildings. It's the law.

It actually is the law! It's the only time when you're allowed to totally forget about stealth and go for it on the piano! Or maybe that's just me and lost who have a tendancy to try most buttons and switches and other devices on our way!!

Really like your photos. Reminds me of a wee derelict hall i've never got in to before, but only seen from the outside.

Great location. everything looks in tact which makes a change. I also sometimes walk around abandoned buildings testing light switches... mebbie because the electricity was actually switched on at one location (leeds international pool) - but has now been turned off :(

Definitely a WW2 era building. You wouldn't be able to do much with it as it totally fails in every way on building regs.
