Hello fellow explore peoples!
its been a wee while since my last post, so here goes!
This place has been empty for at least 30 years, but still looks in pretty good shape from the outside...ive been driving past this little place for as long as i can remember as a driver and as a passenger in the back of the old mans car when i was a wee nipper.. i think its actually owned by the pub next door as its actually directly attached to it.
It was by pure chance that after a cold one at said pub i decided to go and have a look, and blow me down the back gate was open, and so was the back door! its only a small two up two down affair that actually looks alot bigger from outside.
From the small (very overgrown) courtyard at the rear inside is unchanged from when it was originally erected...cast iron cictern, Edingb sinks and lead pipes!
Unfortunatly the local pikeys have been in and lifted the cast bathtub and alot of the lead, but thankfully have left the fireplaces..(how considerate) its starting to go down hill now as there is some water ingress and mould building up, so it wont be long before the old wooden wardrobes start to suffer too which will be a shame as they too are original.
Now, lets see if i can remember how to post up pictures... lol watch me fail.....
Hope that was ok peeps!
