Ok this is my first (and only, so far) explore and also the first time ive tried to post the pics on a board so be gentle please :)

Visited this place at the end of January this year with a friend of mine who lives in Plymouth, his pics went up on 28dl.

I didnt know much about the site except for it being an old Polish nursing home. Theres more info (and better pics) on this thread: http://www.derelictplaces.co.uk/main/showthread.php?t=3140&highlight=Ilford+Park

Also sorry but some pics may be a bit too bright as i was still learning on my new camera.

cracking pics.

its a very good site and huge as well.

the picky people have been again last time i went.

all the pipe work has gone, all the cables have gone and they have not started taking the cast iron rads as well.
soon it will just be bare walls.

did you go in to the boiler room?

There's nothing wrong with your pics, i like them. Love that corridor shot with nature taking over it. And all the other ones, with the ivy etc.

Very nice pics, and a lovely setting.

Cheers,

:) Sal

Thank you. I have loads of other shots but these are the best of the bunch after a bit of editing to bring the whiteness down and the colour out

did you go in to the boiler room?

No, i think we sort of bypassed it on the way out though. I climbed up onto the tanks next to it to get an ariel view of the site, will post that pic when i get home form work.

Fabulous photos, Squid...nothing wrong with those! Always good to see pics of Ilford Park. Love the cracked window with the brambles growing through and the rolled-up paper with the polish text on. Good stuff! :)

Top photos mate, very good angles, I don't know much about angles but I know what I like.

Keep it up.

Thanks for the comments, much appreciated:)

As promised here are some pics i took whilst stood on a very dodgy tank and metal structure overlooking the site, you can really see where nature is taking the site back (no pics edited):
