Peterborough District Hospital - July 2013

Visited Peterborough District Hospital (within the last week - I won't say when!). We were faced with 8 foot-boarding around the entire building, we walked the perimeter from one end to the other. They are in the process of demolishing some of the buildings, so maybe this is why they don't want people on site! Security was also very visible, with PIR's and Staff on site. Not a time to be jumping any walls!

No where near as exciting as other reports from this site - however, my little contribution towards it all!

These photos outline the old building, disused from 2010. In the process of demolition to make way for new facilities for the local area. The hospital was replaced by Peterborough City Hospital.
