After Much Googling we decided to head back down the M1 towards this next site and see what we could see. It didn't look much by the pictures but succeded our expectations.
We stopped off in Sileby, Leicstershire early evening and popped into this old Brewery/Maltings. It was thought to have been developed in the 1860s to a Brewery. Operating as "The Sileby Brewery", It was taken over in 1920 by Strettons who were taken over seven years later by Samuel Allsop.
It is thought to have been use unitl the 1980s as a Maltings.
