This popped up quite recently and I thought why not jump on the wagon and post mine. @Tbolt did a fantastic report (his photos are much better than mine), so check his out.

The Explore:

We arrived on an early Sunday morning and didn’t spend too much time here but we enjoyed it nonetheless. The lighting wasn’t the best and neither are my photography skills 😂
The exit was a bit of a challenge as we tried to push ourselves out the window backwards teetering on the top of a gravestone all the while being watched by a tour bus full of people across the road. It was interesting to say the least.

Lovely shots, the light through the coloured glass really set them off. It's good that somebody cares enough the board up the broken windows to help preserve it, not so good that somebody saw fit to break them in the first place.
Thank you! It’s tragic to see places ruined by a few rotten people, I just hope it hasn’t been burnt down yet or damaged any further.

Not sure why you don’t mention location. Obviously a Methodist Church, is it Stoke by any chance. Be nice to keep an eye on what happens to it.
Here’s the reason I don’t put a location on what I consider to be special places... to keep stupid people from smashing it to bits. Loads of people troll this site and I will never give out a pin or a location. I work hard to find the places I explore, most of them don’t even pop up on this site to keep them safe. You’ll find most explorers on here won’t give out locations unless the place is well known.
FYI no, it’s not stoke.

It was Stoke when I went I think 🤔

What an interesting place. The two tiered effect and the rounded ceiling. It is just so different from the usual church floor plan and the high arches and ceilings. I do hope that if/when the building is dismantled they keep the timber, there are some lovely pieces there.
Nought wrong with the pics, they're great.
I wonder what the 'weekly offering' was in the big bag/box? 😄

Why thank you! I'd never thought of keeping the timber. Would make for a grand staircase. The weekly offering 🤔 I was too afraid to touch anything in there to find out 😂
I just love exploring churches/chapels. There are some absolute beauties in this country.
