Water Eaton grain silo

Built in 1940 as a WW2 strategic grain silo between Kidlington and Oxford, the Water Eaton Grain Silo was used up until the 1980s and has remained derelict since. I loved Millennium Mills and this place brought a bit of that back!

Again, sorry to all the purist who will hate my photos!

The ground floor is not flooded but the floors below are. The staircase between the ground floor and the floor below is made up of two small flights, it's flooded up to the first flight and about 1cm below the landing before the staircase turns 180 and the second flight begins.

not only do i NOT hate your photos, i wish all the photos on this site looked like yours. in fact, i wish MINE did! mind if i ask which system you're using? i'm assuming it's hdr. i think they're really well done. s

Yes it is HDR which means the place looks nothing like the picture, that's not to say i don't like them
